Our Research
The Guna lab focuses on how proteins get made in human cells. We use a combination of functional genomics and biochemistry to understand the molecular mechanisms that govern protein homeostasis in various organelle and across cell types. Our goal is to understand a key process in cell biology, developing some pretty cool and useful tools along the way.
